Croc It! – Embroidery Patch / Shoe Applique

This “Croc It!” embroidery patch is a fun, bold accent for Crocs, clogs, sneakers, and casual shoes—and it looks great on tote bags, backpacks, and jackets too.

The patch has iron-on adhesive backing and is designed as a sew on patch with iron-on adhesive for placement—use heat to place it on fabric items, then sew around the edge for a strong, long-lasting hold.

For foam clogs/Crocs-style shoes, you can glue the patch onto a compatible charm base or directly onto the shoe with strong fabric/craft glue (always follow your glue instructions).

HOW TO APPLY – IRON-ON (FOR PLACEMENT ON FABRIC)

Use heat to place the patch on fabric items (like jackets, bags, canvas shoes), then sew it down if you want it extra secure.

Iron Method (for fabric)
• Set your iron to high cotton with NO steam.
• Place the patch where you want it on your garment, bag, or canvas shoe.
• Cover with a pressing cloth or thin fabric.
• Press firmly for 15–20 seconds, keeping the iron in place.
• Let it cool completely.

Heat Press Method (for jackets/bags)
• Set your press to 285–305°F (140–150°C), medium–firm pressure.
• Pre-press the item for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
• Place the patch and cover with a Teflon sheet, parchment paper, or pressing cloth.
• Press for 12–15 seconds.
• Check the edges; if any are lifting, press again for 5–8 seconds.
• Let cool completely.

For best results on denim and heavy-use items, sew around the edge after applying with heat.

For Crocs/foam clogs:
• Do not use a hot iron directly on the shoe.
• Attach the patch to a compatible charm base or glue it directly using strong fabric/craft glue, following the glue manufacturer’s instructions. Let cure fully before wearing.

Always follow your item’s care label and any instructions for your adhesive or glue. These are general guidelines.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS (FOR FABRIC ITEMS)

• Wait 24–48 hours before washing after applying the patch.
• Wash inside out on a gentle cycle in cold or warm water (if the item is washable).
• Hang dry or tumble dry on low.
• If ironing later, turn the item inside out and avoid placing direct heat on the patch surface.
