With an adhesive/iron-on backing, it’s easy to place—then you can sew around the edge for extra hold if you want it to stay on through lots of wear.

HOW TO APPLY – IRON / HEAT (FOR PLACEMENT)
If you’re using heat to activate the adhesive backing:

Iron Method

Set your iron to high cotton with NO steam.

Place the patch where you want it on the shoe or garment.

Cover with a pressing cloth or thin fabric.

Press firmly for 15–20 seconds, keeping the iron in place.

Let it cool completely.

Heat Press Method (for fabric items like jackets/bags)

Set your press to 285–305°F (140–150°C), medium–firm pressure.

Pre-press the item for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture.

Place the patch and cover with a Teflon sheet, parchment paper, or pressing cloth.

Press for 12–15 seconds.

Let cool completely.

For the most secure, long-lasting wear—especially on sneakers—use heat to place the patch, then sew around the edge where possible.

Always follow your shoe/garment manufacturer’s care instructions and any notes that come with your adhesive. These are general guidelines.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• For sneakers: spot clean gently around the patch; avoid soaking or harsh scrubbing directly on the patch edge.
• For clothing/bags: wash inside out on gentle in cold or warm water if the item allows.
• Hang dry or tumble dry on low.
• If ironing later, turn the item inside out and avoid placing direct heat on the patch surface.
